Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item is used or damaged by the customer.
Damaged / Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video proof.
Refunds
- After approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund method:
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Return Shipping
- Customer will bear return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
