Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item is used or damaged by the customer.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or video proof.

Refunds

  • After approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund method:
    • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Return Shipping

  • Customer will bear return shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
